§1 Scope

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop narilo.de .

(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).


§2 Contractual partners, conclusion of contract, storage of the contract text

(2) The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

(3) By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer.
The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.

(4) The ordering process includes the following steps:

  1. Selection of desired products

  2. Open shopping cart

  3. Click on "Checkout"

  4. Entering personal data and payment information

  5. Review the information again

  6. Complete your order by clicking on “Order now” / “Buy”

(5) We will send the contract text by email after the order has been placed. For security reasons, it will no longer be available online afterwards.


§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment

(1) All prices include statutory VAT and all other price components. Shipping costs may apply and will be displayed during the order process.

(2) The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Apple Pay

  • Klarna (e.g. instant bank transfer, invoice, installment purchase – depending on your activation)

(3) When using Klarna, Klarna's terms and conditions also apply. These will be displayed during the ordering process.

(4) The invoice amount is due immediately or according to the payment service provider, depending on the payment method.


§4 Delivery

(1) Unless otherwise stated on the product, the delivery time is 3–12 working days .

(2) Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.

(3) In the case of consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods.


§5 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.


§6 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement:

The cancellation can be made by letter or email.


Consequences of the revocation

(1) We will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
We will use the same payment method for the refund as for the original payment.

(2) We may refuse to reimburse you until we have received the goods back or proof of return.

(3) The customer must return the goods within 14 days of declaring the cancellation.

(4) The customer shall bear the costs of return shipping. These are estimated at a maximum of €4.99 .
